Specializing in nonsurgical cosmetic medicine, Mari is dedicated to delivering dramatic, yet natural results using the safest, least invasive techniques available.

As a certified physician assistant with a master’s degree in medical science and physician assistant studies from Northern Arizona University, Mari integrates her strong medical background into every aspect of her practice. She believes that aesthetic care is an essential part of overall well-being and works closely with each patient to create a customized, holistic treatment plan that aligns with their goals and lifestyle.
Mari’s passion for skincare led her to develop her own FDA-approved, pharmaceutical-grade skincare line, leveraging her undergraduate studies in microbiology and chemistry. As the Aesthetic Director at Fresh Start Aesthetics Med Spa, Bella brings a vibrant energy and a deep passion for helping clients feel confident and cared for. Originally from San Diego, California, and having spent several years living in Hawai’i, Bella blends West Coast warmth with island-inspired hospitality in everything she does.

At Fresh Start, she oversees Marketing, Sales, and Training, working closely with the team to ensure every client receives an exceptional, personalized experience. With a strong background in the luxury skincare industry, Bella is dedicated to helping clients discover the perfect treatments and skincare plans tailored to their unique needs. She loves curating custom packages and introducing members & guests to the full range of advanced services Fresh Start has to offer.

What makes her role even more special is her personal connection to the practice—Bella was a long-time client of Dr. Mari before officially joining the team three years ago. Her first-hand experience and genuine belief in the care provided at Fresh Start fuel her commitment to excellence every single day.

Kenzie Contreras

Administrative Manager

As the Administrative Manager at Fresh Start Aesthetics Med Spa, Kenzie Contreras brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to her role as the Administrative Manager at Fresh Start Aesthetics Med Spa. With a degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Junction, Colorado, Kenzie applies her analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of our spa.

As the driving force behind the day-to-day success of Fresh Start Aesthetics, Kenzie oversees all administrative operations, ensuring that every aspect of our Scottsdale location runs seamlessly. Her positive leadership style fosters a collaborative environment where staff can thrive, and clients receive the highest level of service.

In addition to managing our Scottsdale location, Kenzie is responsible for overseeing operations at our other locations, implementing best practices and procedures that elevate the Fresh Start experience across the board. Her commitment to excellence and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Savannah Miller

Medical Esthetician & Laser Technician

Lead aesthetician at Fresh Start Aesthetics Med Spa, Savannah is originally from Southern California but raised in Scottsdale Arizona. She is a licensed aesthetician and laser technician that graduated from Penrose Academy with Presidents honor roll. Savannah is the most passionate about result driven treatments and skincare. Specializing in Subnovi Plasma Pen and RF microneedling. Loves all things skin and can’t wait to curate a specialized treatment plan for all her clients.

Erin Geringer

Medical Esthetician & Laser Technician

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Erin Geringer has called Scottsdale, Arizona home since 2015. Graduating from Penrose Academy, Erin is a licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She joined the team at Fresh Start Aesthetics Med Spa in 2021 where she performs a variety of treatments that are results-driven. Erin is committed to providing the highest level of care and professional service in all aesthetics and laser services. Outside the treatment room, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, which includes watching her two children participate in a variety of sports activities.

Brittany Faygenblat, RN

Originally from the Midwest, Brittany is a passionate and dedicated nurse injector who believes in enhancing natural beauty with subtle, refined results. Her approach is rooted in building genuine connections and helping each client feel confident, empowered, and comfortable in their own skin.
